Talk about bang for your buck! Plus, the fact that it covers three different eras of organized crime in America just adds to the excitement.
Jane couldn’t stop raving about how immersive Mafia Definitive Edition was with its 1930’s setting in Lost Heaven, IL. She said the attention to detail was incredible and she truly felt like she was living in that time period. On the other hand, John couldn’t get enough of Mafia II Definitive Edition set in 1940’s – 50’s Empire Bay, NY. He loved exploring the city and experiencing life as a mobster during that era.
But my personal favorite was definitely Mafia III Definitive Edition set in 1968 New Bordeaux, LA. The graphics were stunning and I found myself fully invested in Lincoln Clay’s story of revenge. Not to mention, it was refreshing to see a game set in a different location than your typical New York or Los Angeles.
